Shortage of time series output in output control

Hi all, I'm going to get daily based vertical water quality profile in a specific segment. For example, in time series plot [ITSR][ETSR] 29 2 29 3 . . . . . . 29 15 29 16 From my model, I can obtain time series data in each vertical layer. However, there are missing output in a particular layer. For example, while some of layers(ETSR 2-13) reveal 731 days normal output data in each layers, some of layers(ETSR 13-16) show the insufficient output (i.e. ETSR 14(229 days), 15(18days), 16(0days)) data. What's the reason?

Hi, If you're specifying a positive number for ETSR, the model assumes your specifying the depth (see manual). Most likely what's occurring is that the segment 29 becomes relatively shallow and the depth of 14 m, 15 m, and/or 16 m are below the bottom of the grid. If you want the output of a specific layer number, use a negative sign in the ETSR number. For instance, to output the time series output of layer 10, ETSR=-10 Hope this helps, Chris
