Too low chlorophyll-a concentration

Hi all, In chlorophyll-a concentration, discrepancy between measured and simulated chl-a conc. was too high: 2 or 3 order of magnitude difference I wonder why this results showed. I appled that ACHLA is 100. Yongeun
