Calibration errors

There is a tutorial of Degray Reservoir in the package which also contains calibration files.

I tried to calibrate the same Degray Reservoir files but I am getting blank axes, i.e., no calibration graphs on those axes.

So, I would like to know how to calibrate the same since the river on which I am doing my Post - graduation project it is also showing the same calibration problem as in Degray Reservoir files calibration.
