Does flow quantity matter in the application of CE-QUAL-W2?

Hi there, I'm trying to use CE-QUAL-W2 in the rivers with low flow, say the flow sometimes goes to 0.005m^3/s during dry season. I've tried tuning on many of the parameters to overcome the stability problem, whcih seems to not going away. For the sake of experimenting I multiplied my flow by 100 and then with some tuning the stability problem finally went away. Just wondering what might be happening here. Well, with that small a flow you may end up with problems. Why don't you e-mail me all the input files and I will take a look. Do not zip them up as our e-mail program filters out all .zip files, even ones whose extension is renamed.[addsig]
