Simulated Water Surface Elevation Exceeds Top Layer

Hi What does W2 do when there is too much water in a segment? In other words, if the simulated water surface elevation will be greater than the elevation of the top layer, what happens? Will the bathymetry be extrapolated or will W2 crash or does something else happen? Thanks. Justin

Justin, The bathymetry of the top most active layer (layer 2) will be extrapolated. chris
