Restart file

Hallo, I want to use the optional restart function. We want to couple a groundwater model with a quasi 1D-Model (lake). To couple the two models we need the restart function in the ce-qual-model. In the manual is written that this option is not working in the current version? Doesn't it? But if it does work how looks the input file [RSOFN] and what must be contained respectively? In the manual is no description for the RSOFN. Thanks a lot. Michaela
