water surface elevation in W2_ivf.exe goes above 50000m!

hi . I'm modeling a reservoir for 1 jan 2008 until 31 march 2011. after pre.exe, I calibrate volume and elevation with pre.opt data. then I run w2_ivf ... initial water surface elevation is 215.5 m but its increase to 50000m during Executing !!! what should I do?
