Temperature Output File

My temperature output file two.opt is all zeros. Any ideas why? Also, in my snapshot output file, my temperature increases with depth. It goes from 2.30 at layer 3 to 3.11 at layer 9. This seems backwards. I appreciate any help or advice.

Nettie, One possible reason for all zero's in the two output file is that there might be zero flow out of the segment. Are the flow rates in the corresponding qwo file zero or non-zero? The temperatures you mentioned (2.30 and 3.11) are pretty cold. If the met conditions are cold, the surface will be cooled. Also, water is at its highest density at 4 degrees C, so the 2.30 C water is actually less dense than the 3.11 C water and will be closer to the surface. Hope this helps, chris

Got it figured out. I just had the wrong segment for output selected.
