Inflow when lake segments dry

Parts of the lake that receive inflows dry up midway through a simulation; the time series (tsr_) and profile (spr_) files confirm this. Are flows and constituents flowing into dry lake segments ignored? If not, what happens to them?

Ranjan, The branch inflows and tributary flows will be moved to the most upstream active segment in that branch. chris
