Compiling V4.1 on Linux

Hi, I am interested in working with V4.1 in a Linux environment. I have seen thread for v3.71 https://w2forum.cee.pdx.edu/?q=node/500 1. Does anyone have a Makfile for version 4.1 (or an executable for Ubuntu)? 2. Does anyone know what compile flags will allow multi thread processing? Thanks in advance, Yoav

A friend of mine dug in and created a Makfeile for Linux. It is now available in https://github.com/WQDSS/CE-QUAL-W2-Linux
