Precision of output

Is it possible to increase the precision of the output for flows in the file snp.opt and in the program display? We are working with inflows and outflows on the order of 0.002 m^3/s. In the output this appears as Inflow [QIN] = 0.00 m^3/sec, so we cannot see if there is any variation. Thanks.
