Hello, after I have downloaded the updated model v36 the preprocessor displays a new error I don't understand: Julian date 004294967296.000: WSC AT SEG(I)= 1 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date 004294967296.000: WSC AT SEG(I)= 2 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date 004294967296.000: WSC AT SEG(I)= 3 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date 004294967296.000: WSC AT SEG(I)= 4 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date 004294967296.000: WSC AT SEG(I)= 5 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date NaN: WSC AT SEG(I)= 1 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date NaN: WSC AT SEG(I)= 2 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date NaN: WSC AT SEG(I)= 3 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date NaN: WSC AT SEG(I)= 4 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt Julian date NaN: WSC AT SEG(I)= 5 <= 0.0 in wsc.npt My wsc.npt is correct! What does the error mean? I tried to run the example (DeGray) and the same error was displayed. And if I try to run the example with the w2_ivf.exe the programm hangs up. I downloaded the updated programm again but the error is the same as before. What is the problem? Can anybody help me? Many regards, Michi

Hi Michi, I'd check for tabs in the wsc.npt file. If there are any you should replace them with spaces. I'm not sure why your Degray example doesn't work. I've tested that model and is seems to run ok. There's a new code and executable update posted today (9/25). The posted executables are compatible with windows 7 (in case your OS is windows 7...). chris
