Hi, Does any one knows of some report/publication or other, with an application of CE-Qual-W2 with macrophytes where the formulation is mentioned? and where I can have access to them? I already have

Chris' dissertation should have all this information in it. You should be able to get an interlibrary loan with Portland State.[addsig]
