Error with outflow interpolation control

I am dealing with a recurring error in my control file with the outflow control of my model. The error log keeps giving me an error that reads: "Outflow interpolation control [QOUTIC= ] /= ' ON' or 'OFF' for structure 1 in branch 1." The field for my withdrawal outflow interpolation is labeled [WDIC] in accordance with the user manual for version 4.2 and is set to ON. I changed the field label to QOUTIC to match the error log and ran the model again but it failed to resolve the error. Can anyone advise?
