Turbidity Modelling

The new version of the model can stimulate turbidity in the water column. I have tried the sediment diagenesis module, yet I have to modify the SOD in my reservoir to Zero. I have spent a lot of time calibrating the SOD in my reservoir also, I need to model the turbidity in this waterbody. Is there any way that I can model turbidity and keep my calibration data?

You might be able to model turbidity by developing a relationship (regression equation) between TSS and turbidity based on site-specific data. TSS is a derived variable in CE-QUAL-W2, and is computed by totaling inorganic suspended solids concentrations, particulate organic matter concentrations, algae concentrations, zooplankton concentrations and particulate CBOD concentrations.
