Incorporation of biomass of flooded vegetation in a reservoir

Hi, Does anyone know how W2 handles the incorporation of biomass of flooded vegetation in a reservoir? Is it through LDOM/RDOM and LPOM/RPOM constituents? If so, how is it released to the water column? From the bottom or as an inflow? Thanks in advance! Rodrigo
