New version 3.6 update

Hello, There's a new version 3.6 update of the source code and executable available at: http://www.ce.pdx.edu/w2/ The new update resolves a minor issue with how the initial condition longitudinal profile file was read when constituents were turned off (CCC='OFF' in control file). If water quality was turned off but the CAC was set to 'ON' for any of the constituents, the code would still look for initial concentrations in the longitudinal profile file if that option was being utilized. chris
