correction to v3.6 manual

A revised copy of the version 3.6 manual is available at: http://www.ce.pdx.edu/w2/ The location of the water surface roughness height parameter 'ZO' in the control file had been specified incorrectly. The incorrect version of the manual had ZO in the 'HEAT EXCH' card, whereas the correct location is on the 'HYD COEF' card. A revised release notes listing this correction has also been posted. chris
