No pump flow

I am trying to simulate a surface circulator in a reservoir. I set W2 up to pump water (internal flow) between two adjacent segments from layer 20 to 4 (surface). Eventually I want to pump water from layer to layer within a single segment. My water level is about 37.2 m (top of spillway). I do not see any pump flow when running the model; however the flow shows up as tributary flow? Will I be able to transfer water from layer to layer within the same branch? Here are my pump details: PUMPS 1 IUPU IDPU EPU STRTPU ENDPU EONPU EOFFPU QPU WTHLC PUMP1 21 22 27.2 1.0 365.0 37.7 28.7 10.0 DOWN PUMPS 2 PPUC ETPU EBPU KTPU KBPU PUMP1 DISTR 4 10 Thank you very much. Paal, Your pump details look ok. You should be able to transfer water from layer to layer. Also, is the parameter NPU set equal to 1 at the top of the control file? This indicates to the model that you have one pump setup. chris
