Seepage to groundwater

Hello Tom or Scott, I have an application where there is relatively significant seepage from the reservoir to groundwater. How can I best model this in W2? Thanks, Vickie Singleton Virginia Tech

The code still does not include an option for modeling seepage to groundwater directly. I am using a negative value in the distributed tributary for several applications. As Tom mentioned in another post this takes water from the surface. If the seepage is through the dam you can model this as a line release with a large width. The elevation of the release can be varied. Another option would be a withdrawal from a segment which allows you to specify the depth of withdrawal and the flow rate. If your seepage is concentrated in one area (unlikely) this could help. Nick Williams
