Windows XP and Array Viewer

I have no problens to view CEQUAL-W2 results in profiles with array viewer, when using windows 98 or NT. When I use windows XP I can´t see these profiles. How can I solve this ?

You may want to make sure you have the latest version ofhte array viewwer. Uninstall the array viewer, reinstall it and launch it once before running the model.
