Preprocessor error

Does anybody else know the solution to the following preprocessor error?

Julian date 0.000 Ending time 0.000

The referenced ttr_tr5.npt file has the same formatting as all of the other tributary temperature files. Sometimes this error will go away if I replace the file with another one, but I would rather use real data.

Usually this preprocessor error is associated with blank rows at the end of the file, caused by a carraige return or stray space.
