bathymetry file with braided branches

I am running a river model with 9 branches and 47 segments. Below is the branch geometry block BRANCH G US DS UHS DHS UQB DQB NLMIN SLOPE BR1 2 5 0 8 0 0 1 0.004 BR2 8 10 5 13 0 0 1 0.004 BR3 13 15 10 18 0 0 1 0.004 BR4 18 22 15 25 0 0 1 0.004 BR5 25 29 22 32 0 0 1 0.004 BR6 32 37 29 -1 0 0 1 0.004 BR7 40 40 19 22 0 0 1 0.004 BR8 43 43 25 29 0 0 1 0.004 BR9 46 46 32 37 0 0 1 0.004 When I run the pre processor, it is giving an error message inside the bathymetry file. the last that checks is the Surface Water Elevation. Branch 7 is a braid of branch 4, branch 8 is a braid of branch 5, and branch 9 is a braid of branch 6. Branches 7 through 9 have only one real segment each. When I remove branches 7 through 9 from both con file and bathymetry file, the pre processor runs fine. I do not know why the model does not accept the way I set up the branches. Any help will be greately appreciated.

This was an issue of ending branch not set to total number of branches but rather to the most downstream branch. Mohammad

This is correct. The ending brnach is suppose to be the furtherest downstream branch.
