w2_3.7_64.exe has stopped working

Hi, when I run my model the pre-processor Without errors runs, but when I run w2 model (w2_3.7_64.exe), The model does not run and it gives error [w2_3.7_64.exe has stopped working] and w2.err and w2.wrn is empty.
