Much Nitrogen

Hello, I
Forums:

Algal groups are best modeled by first differentiating using the temperature rate multipliers. Diatoms have a cooler values for T1, T2, T3, and T4. Greens have warmer values, and cyanobacteria have the warmest. Also, cyanobacteria that fix nitrogen should have the AHSN value set to zero. If they float, then you should give them a negative settling velocity. To find out why they are not growing in subsequent years, you will need to look at the limiting factor output in the snapshot file. This tells you what is limiting growth based on nutrients and light.
